Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on poker games. This includes accounts registered in your own name, those of household family members, or any other individual using the same device or IP address. Poker games reserves the right to request identity verification (Know Your Customer – KYC) at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals exceeding RM5,000. The minimum deposit is RM20 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default; however, members may request personal limits as part of our responsible gaming tools.

All bonuses offered by poker games — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins — are subject to rollover requirements (wagering requirements) as stated in their respective promotional terms. Typical rollover requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus value before any withdrawal can be processed.
The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each eligible new member. Poker games reserves the right to disqualify a member from receiving the bonus if there are signs of abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of promotional terms. Only members who make a deposit using a valid Malaysian payment method are eligible to claim the bonus.
Not all games on poker games contribute equally toward bonus rollover requirements. Generally, slots contribute 100%, table games such as baccarat and blackjack contribute 10%–20%, while Sports Betting contributes 50%–100% depending on the bet type. All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonuses that are unused or whose rollover requirements remain unmet within the stipulated period (typically 7 to 30 days) will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
All game outcomes on poker games are final and cannot be disputed once a game round has concluded. This applies to slots, live baccarat, live blackjack, roulette, fishing games, Sports Betting, and all other available games. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the server record, the poker games server record shall prevail.
In the event of a technical disruption, connectivity issue, or system failure during an active game session, poker games will endeavour to restore the state to its pre-disruption status based on server transaction records. Any winnings or losses incurred during a severe technical disruption may be voided at our discretion, with notice provided to the affected member.
For the Sports Betting section on poker games, confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except under specific circumstances such as postponed or cancelled events. For Malaysia Super League, EPL, and badminton matches, poker games relies on results data from official sources, and disputes regarding outcomes will not be entertained after 24 hours from the match date.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your poker games account password and login credentials. It is recommended that you use a strong password (at least 8 characters combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols) and change it regularly.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the poker games support team immediately at support@pokergames.bid. Poker games is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
Poker games never request your password via email, phone, or live chat. If you receive any communication asking for your password on behalf of poker games, please disregard it and report it to us immediately.
You may close your poker games account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, all active conditions (including any outstanding bonus rollover) will be settled, and any eligible balance will be returned to you once the review is complete.
Poker games reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account for the following reasons: breach of these Terms, failed identity verification, requests from law enforcement agencies, suspicious activity, or other operational reasons at our discretion. Where an account is closed without evidence of fraud, any valid balance will be returned to the member.
